YelloWho is a service for trucking fleets. It synchronizes your drivers' names, phone numbers, and current truck from your fleet management platform (such as Samsara) into your team's phone contacts — so when a driver calls dispatch, everyone sees exactly who is calling. Updates happen automatically, around the clock.

How it works

1. Connect your fleet platform — YelloWho reads your driver roster, phone numbers, and current truck assignments.
2. Invite your team — each teammate connects the account their phone already uses (Microsoft 365 or Google). A separate “Drivers” contact list is created in their account; personal contacts are never read or modified.
3. Names on every call — new drivers, changed numbers, and truck swaps sync automatically to every phone and your office phone system.

Your data

YelloWho only creates, updates, and removes contacts it created itself, inside the one contact list it manages. Disconnecting removes everything the service added. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
