Terms of Service

The service
YelloWho synchronizes contact information from a company's fleet management platform into contact stores connected by the company and its team members, so driver names appear on incoming calls. The service is provided to businesses; an administrator accepts these terms on behalf of their company.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts and systems you are authorized to connect.
- Ensure you have the right to process the driver and staff contact information you sync through the service.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your company's account.
Subscriptions and trials
New companies receive a free trial. Continued use afterwards requires an active plan. When a trial ends or a subscription lapses, synchronization pauses; your data is retained for a reasonable period so you can resume, and is deleted on request.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, to sync contact data you have no right to process, or to attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that threaten the integrity of the service.
Third-party services
The service connects to platforms you choose (such as Samsara, Microsoft 365, or your phone system provider). Those platforms have their own terms and availability; we are not responsible for their outages or changes, though we work to handle them gracefully.
Availability and support
We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Synchronization is periodic, not instantaneous. Support is provided by email at invites@yellowho.com.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes and termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your integrations at any time. We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
